HOA Annual Assessments are Mandatory and payment for Dues are due by January 1st each year. Assessments should be mailed to the Association Management office in the form of Check/Money order/Cashiers check only. Make payable to: KCV HOA. Mailing address: 8111 LBH Freeway, Ste. #835, Dallas, TX 75251, or Drop by the office Monday – Friday from 9:00 A.M. TO 4:00 P.M. We don’t except Cash or Credit/Debit cards.
