The Board of Directors approved the proposal submitted by Justin’s Tree Service to trim sixty-two (62) common area Live Oaks. The scope of work includes a Class 1 pruning of eight (8) Live Oaks at the clubhouse as well as twelve (12) Live Oaks on Kirbywood. In addition, there will be a code compliance trimming completed on the forty-two (42) Live Oaks along Kirbywood heading towards Great SW Parkway. The project is scheduled to commence on or around November 8, 2021, depending on weather conditions.

Dues Structure for 2022
The Board of Directors recently approved the budget for the 2022 fiscal year. In order to maintain the quality of the community and have the necessary funds to finance present and future needs of the Association, and in accordance with the provisions of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for the Kirby Creek Village Association, there will be no dues increase for the 2022 fiscal year.
Statements will be mailed to the membership on or around November 15, 2021, and payments are due no later than January 1, 2022.
